What I liked best: Case Studies in the
Manual
Here is my Secrets to Dog Training
Review, for those of you who've been asking me to
post it. In that time the original name of the program,
SitStayFetch has been renamed to Secrets to Dog Training
Review. But nevertheless it has remained the top selling
dog program over the last five years!
At the time of this writing, it has been purchased by almost
300,000 dog owners, and because of this outstanding success I
believe is one of the most complete dog training resources on
the Internet.
And to add to that, they've even recently added an
additional 30 minute downloadable video as well.
Author
The author of Secrets to Dog Training is Daniel Stevens, who
has been training dogs for well over 10 years. He is a well
respected resource and many pet owners have turned to him over
the years for help in solving many dog behavioral problems.
Product Details
The manual itself is quite impressive. It is a 261 page
manual written in exquisite detail, which offers a step-by-step
format and straightforward instructions. Also the index is very
detailed, you can find the section that you need right away, if
you don't want to read the book from cover to cover
initially.
What Daniel Stevens Covers
Daniel covers a lot of content in this manual, and in fact
the first five pages are just the table of contents. This is
more than just a dog training book, it is a complete guide to
almost everything you need to know about how to properly train
your dog and solve common dog behavioral problems.
The first chapter is for new dog owners about how to choose
the right dog, were to find your dog, and goes into good detail
about vaccinations, and diet, among other things.
One of the best things about this book is it covers several
different training techniques, like clicker training, dog
whispering, leash training and crate training. It then goes on
to more advanced topics like how to deal with canine
aggression, jumping, chewing, and biting. There is also
sections on how to stop your dog from digging and how to stop
them from barking.
Another great thing I like is there several case studies to
be found in the book which provides a good example for us
readers.
It also touches on how you need to be the alpha dog in the
relationship, something that I remind dog owners of all the
time
What I Liked Best
I already mentioned at the beginning of this Secrets to Dog
Training Review that I liked the case studies the best, there
are also some are other things I liked as well.
First of all, the price is pretty low. You get a lot of
information and videos for less than $40. This is a great deal
considering if you go to Barnes & Noble, one dog training
book is $21 and it doesn't cover half of what Daniel Stevens
covers here.
If you choose to upgrade to Daniels premium edition of
Secrets to Dog Training, you can get over five hours of dog
training videos, six more dog training e-books, and an audio
program as well.
Even though all this information might seem overwhelming,
it's very well laid out, and almost leads you by the hand and
helps you find what you need to do first.
Lastly it comes with a 60 day money back guarantee. This is
more than enough time for you to try out almost everything in
the package. In fact you could use it for free for 60 days and
get a refund.
Free Bonuses
A recent visit to the sales page also shows me that he's
been added some amazing bonuses since the last time I've been
there. Now you can also get bonuses on dog grooming, security
training, dog aggression, and secrets to becoming the alpha
dog.
And like I mentioned at the beginning of this Secrets to Dog
Training Review, it now has an additional 30 minute
downloadable video which shows you how to solve the most
annoying dog training issues, which is presented by Dave
Johnson
Conclusion
Anytime I see in most of the most popular dog training
courses on the market, I'm always a little bit skeptical
because this seems like it would be watered down for the
masses.
But Daniel Stevens has done just the opposite and actually
beefed up his offerings so that every dog owner, no matter what
breed you have, and no matter what age your dog is, will find a
wealth of information here.
